I’ve designed Tangram Table for Serbian publishing house Geopoetika @ Book Fair 2015, in Belgrade.
Tangram is a chinese geometrical puzzle consisting of a square cut into seven pieces which can be arranged to make various other shapes. Since this year’s book fair theme is Identity Search, tangram figures and reflective surfaces were used to inspire visitors to reflect themselves in different forms and mirrors, while looking through exhibited books.
Tangram table is an exhibition table consisting of 7 parts, made of mirrors and polished chrome. Construction holding reflective surfaces is made of steel postured on castors.
Every day of the fair, Tangram Table was puzzled into another shape / identity.
